I made a google presentation for the final! (such a shock, i know) but anyways, here it is! enjoy!
This semester i learned about a lot of things, ones that i had heard about, ones i'd never thought i'd enjoy doing, and ones that are just kinda out there.
Skype is a useful tool that i think i will use in the future, even if it is only becuase i like the name, just kidding, but it is really easy to use, and that's always a good thing.
The one i never thought i'd enjoy learning about was Scratch. Coding just isn't somthing that has caught my interest, but i ereally enjoyed making the game, and the zebra jump.
Geocaching, well, not exactly my cup of tea. i'd rather go to the lake and read a good book than look for something in a tree, but maybe that's just me.
If you're ever looking for something to do on a Sunday morning, and you just need a few minutes to kinda feel like you are just as weird as everyone else, or normal, depends on how you look at it. Go to PostSecret. It's worth it.
Thanks for the great semester. I think this was actually my favorite class. I learned a lot of stuff that i really didn't expect to!

Interesting randomness
We did google docs in class. learned how to make a cool funky survey thing. Kinda made me smile. The questions i used just came to mind as something that i've always wanted to know. just because they're kinda interesting.

Soda and M&M'S.....amazing!
Today in class we learned how to make some cool funky surveys. I didn't have any issues with doing this. I enjoyed making up the questions and coming up with answers. I think I may have gone too far out in left field with some of them, but they made me laugh, and since laughter heals the soul, I figured that's OK. I think this is something that I will use, because in my stats class we do all sorts of graphs and percentages and things like that, so the charts are very interesting. I think it would have been helpful to have a few more types of answers, but I'm probably just saying that because i would have liked to have been more entertaining with my answer choices. I used soda as my choice for a topic because i drink a lot of it. My mom tells me that she's surprised that I'm not a can of diet coke already.

Me Bot!
last week in class we made ROBOTS! it was actually pretty fun. i was half expecting it to be boring, can we be done yet type of thing. We were supposed to made a google presentation with the pictures from the building process. As I am a genius and didn't realize i didn't know how to do the presentation until too late, i made another animoto movie. I think these are becoming my favorite thing we learned about in class. On the plus side, it was my birthday on saturday. and i got to see my family, and it made me smile!

Animoto Video
I've been finding this class a little bit difficult. Not the book material, but the online aspect of it. I can do it in class, but as soon as i get home to finish it, it seems impossible. I don't have a major, so i've been writing my blogs about how i go about my everyday life. My movie for this week is something that i love to do, curl my hair! I know it's not the most exciting thing, but it makes me smile.
